ITXSO® is an innovative and open IT collaboration model focused on the delivery or sharing IT specialists, teams and professional expertise. It connects companies, freelancers, and customers into a single flexible and commercially efficient collaboration network for IT capacities. We create an ecosystem where IT partners mutually share expert capacities—both individual IT specialists and complete teams—while gaining access to new projects, partnerships, and clients.


How does ITXSO® work?

  1. Suppliers register their available IT capacities – individual specialists or entire teams – within the ITXSO® ecosystem.

  2. Entities seeking IT experts or temporary project capacities communicate their requirements through an ITXSO® partner.

  3. The ITXSO® partner then commercially works with the registered IT resources and actively utilizes them within its business development and project activities.

  4. The agreed cooperation takes place either through a direct contract between the parties or under the commercial and contractual framework of the ITXSO® partner – always with clearly defined terms and a transparent commission model.
