End-to-End Ownership: Ensure stable, secure, and compliant IT operations (EUC Personal Lines).
Central Interface: Act as the primary bridge between business units, internal IT teams, and external partners.
Operational Control: Manage incidents, alerts, escalations, releases, changes, and ticketing workflows.
Infrastructure Governance: Coordinate upgrades, patches, renewals, cost reviews, and disaster recovery (DR) readiness/testing.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare ad-hoc and regular operational reports; support audits to ensure alignment with legal and internal standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Several years of leadership in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management.
Methodology: Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Technical Stack: Familiarity with system integration (REST, SOA) and CI/CD tools (JIRA, Git, Bamboo, Maven, HP ALM).
Languages: Fluent English. Knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
Nice-to-Have: Background knowledge of Java and/or Cobol environments.
