1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the processing of personal data by:

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
2. What Personal Data We Process
The Controller may process the following personal data in particular:
first name and last name,
e-mail address,
telephone number,
company name and billing details,
content of messages or inquiries,
IP address,
website usage data (cookies).
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
responding to inquiries and communication with interested parties,
processing business requests and offers,
performance of contractual and pre-contractual relationships,
accounting and business administration,
marketing communication (newsletters, business messages – only with consent),
analytics and improvement of website functionality.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures,
Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation,
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller (especially communication and handling inquiries),
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the data subject (marketing, cookies).
5. Data Retention Period
Personal data are stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than:
for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for 10 years (accounting and tax obligations),
for marketing purposes until consent is withdrawn,
for inquiries and business communication for a maximum of 2 years from the last communication.
6. Obligation to Provide Personal Data
Providing personal data is voluntary.
However, failure to provide certain data may prevent us from responding to inquiries or providing our services.
7. Recipients of Personal Data
The Controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except to authorized processors who provide in particular:
web hosting and IT infrastructure,
e-mail and communication services,
marketing and analytical tools,
accounting and legal services.
All processors process personal data on the basis of data processing agreements in accordance with GDPR.
8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries
The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
If such a transfer occurs in the future (e.g. when using global IT services), it will be carried out strictly in accordance with GDPR.
9. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects have the right to:
access their personal data,
rectification of inaccurate or outdated data,
erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”),
restriction of processing,
data portability,
object to processing,
withdraw consent at any time,
lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
10. Data Protection Officer
The Controller is not obliged to appoint a Data Protection Officer pursuant to GDPR.

This Privacy Policy enters into force on 25 February 2025.
